A month of letting the agent run our calendar

The setup

Five channels, one goal we typed in plain words: keep the queue full and grow reach without us logging in daily. The agent drafted, timed, and published. We reviewed drafts twice a week.

What it got right

Consistency, instantly. The queue never went empty, which is the thing humans fail at first. Timing also improved on every channel within two weeks because it kept shifting slots toward where our audience actually engaged.

Where we stepped in

Anything tied to news or a live event still needed a human read before publish. We also rewrote about one draft in five, usually to add a detail only we would know. Approval mode made that easy: nothing went out without a click from us.

The numbers

Posts published went up 3x with the same team. Reach per post held steady, so total reach roughly tripled. Time spent on social went from about an hour a day to two short review sessions a week.

What we changed after

We kept approval mode on for two channels and switched the other three to full auto. The lesson was not that the agent replaces judgment. It is that it removes everything except judgment.
