The best times to post on every network
Stop posting at 9 a.m. sharp
Everyone posts on the hour, so the feed is loudest exactly then. The posts that get read tend to go out in the quieter minutes around it. The data across networks is surprisingly consistent: a few minutes off-peak beats dead-on-the-hour almost every time.
Every network has its own clock
LinkedIn wakes up with the workday. Instagram peaks in the evening. X moves all day but rewards the first half hour hard. Posting the same thing everywhere at the same minute means it is mistimed almost everywhere.
Let the slot find the post
This is the part the agent does for you. It looks at when your own audience actually engaged in the past weeks, not a generic chart, and queues each post into the slot where that channel performs. You write, it times.
What to do this week
Pick your three most important channels, queue the same week of content, and let the times differ per channel. Compare reach against your old fixed schedule after seven days.
