Turn one idea into ten posts
Write the long version once
Start with the one piece you actually have something to say in. A real opinion, a process you use, a result with numbers. Length does not matter; substance does.
Cut it by channel, not by paragraph
A long post does not become a thread by splitting it every 280 characters. Each network wants a different shape:
- A thread wants one claim per post and a strong first line
- A LinkedIn post wants the story with a takeaway
- A caption wants the hook and one idea, nothing more
- A short clip script wants the most surprising sentence first
Where the agent comes in
Hand the long piece to the agent and it drafts each of these shapes in your tone, linked back to the original. You edit, approve, and the queue fills itself for the week.
Keep the idea working
When a repurposed post performs, feed it back: ask for two more angles on the same idea. Most accounts do not need more ideas. They need more mileage from the good ones.
